Terms of service

These terms apply whenever you visit Folzora, create an account, top up a wallet or buy a package (together, the “service”). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Our Privacy policy and Refund & refill policy form part of these terms.

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
• You may only order for profiles and posts that you own or are authorised to promote.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login private and for activity on your account.

Folzora sells promotional packages, such as followers, likes, views, comments and automatic engagement, for public profiles and posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X. Each package page shows its quantity, price and what it delivers.

We never ask for your password. Orders only need a public profile or post link. Keep the target public until delivery has finished, otherwise delivery may pause or fail.

Folzora is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Meta or X. Platforms change their systems and rules, and we cannot guarantee how a platform will treat any account.

• Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment being confirmed and is paced to look natural.
• Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with platform conditions.
• Please check the link before paying. We cannot redirect an order once it has started, and incorrect, private or deleted links may not be eligible for a refund.
• Automatic plans cover new posts published during the plan period shown on the package.
• You can follow progress at any time from your dashboard or the order tracker.

Prices are set in US dollars and include everything you pay us. Card payments may be charged in your local currency at that day's exchange rate, shown before you pay; your bank or wallet provider may add its own fees. Payments are processed by third parties (Whop for cards, NOWPayments for crypto, Card2Crypto for card-to-crypto and, where offered, bank transfer). We never see or store your full card details.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.

• Wallet balance can only be spent on Folzora orders. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Orders paid from your wallet receive the discount shown at checkout.
• Loyalty credit, monthly draw entries and free-like bonuses are promotional. Their rules are shown on the Rewards page, and we may change or end them for future orders.
• Rewards earned from an order that is refunded or charged back may be reversed.

You agree not to use Folzora to:

• promote content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• target profiles or posts you do not own or have no permission to promote;
• defraud us or a payment provider, including by filing chargebacks for orders that were delivered;
• interfere with, probe or overload the site, or access it by automated means without our permission.

We may refuse, pause or cancel orders, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or action a platform takes against an account, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
